  I have no problem with Pearsons as a whole but I strongly DISCOURAGE any innocent 15/16 year old to get her prom/glam make up done at Bobbi Brown because it was trash in its purest form. The lady was late to my appointment for ‘lunch’ WHICH MADE ME SEMI LATE TO PROM, and when she came the make up she did was wrong wrong wrong 1) She didn’t highlight or contour me after I asked her to 2) They don’t include false lashes at all which is just stupid 3) I was orange and she was in denial 4) I was patchy and she was in denial 5) It was ugly and she was in denial AS EVIDENCE OF HOW BAD IT WAS, the manager came after and thought this was my trial make up because that’s the level of disgust that was on my face
